Dec. 1 (Sun) AACA SOCAL AND FRIENDS.  We have been invited back to the Gunther collection 9am-2pm at 2389 Curry St., Long Beach.  The Gunther family has always made this a fun day seeing their antique and collector cars, trucks, tractors, collectables, rusty stuff etc. 9am-2pm at 2380 Curry St. in Long beach.     

Dec. 29 (Sat) AACA SOCAL AND FRIENDS.  The Horseless Carriage Club has invited us to their annual show/tour 7:30 am arrival @ Arcadia Regional Park.

January 8, 2025 (Wed) 11 am.- 1 pm.  AACA SOCAL and Brandeis. The Mull American Collection in Inglewood is a treat to see.  The collection consists of small trains, petroleum signs, vintage toys, model cars, collector automobiles and much more.  You will see his talent for restoring and creating all things mechanical. WE ARE IN THE PLANNING STAGES OF THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF ROUTE 66, at one time called the WILL ROGERS HIGHWAY, which will be in 2026 ending at the Santa Monica Pier with 50 of our AACA SOCAL AND FRIENDS antique, collector and classic automobiles.  It would be helpful if you could let us know what you have that can be used in this future major Route 66 event.  Will Rogers Highway 100th Anniversary -- events will be planned with meetings by AACA SOCAL in 2025 for 2026.   RSVP  Joel   (310) 471-8503

Route 66 was anointed on November 11, 1926, but it would take until 1938 before the entire route was paved with concrete. It quickly became one of the nation’s principal east-west routes, not only connecting small rural towns to each other but also connecting Chicago to the Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles via the nation’s first all-weather road.
